Join Multnomah county Emergency Management and the US Army Corps of Engineers for a fun, informative session on flood fighting techniques and hands-on sandbag station techniques! The workshop is set up in two sessions and you are welcome to attend either or both.
Although the focus of this workshop is for the general public and volunteer groups who are interested in flood emergency response, we welcome interested public partner agencies and memebers of the business community.
The first session will be hands-on training on sandbagging techniques and sandbag station set-up and management. The second session will be a workshop on flood fight technology and planning.
